Minnesota Born & Raised
Born & raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the 22-year-old Raymnd grew up the middle of four boys. Raymnd enjoyed a quiet Midwestern upbringing, lots of youth sports, pond hockey, never ending summers, the great outdoors and land of 10,000 lakes.
What Raymnd truly discovered at a young age was his love and passion of music. Influenced by Ed Sheeran and Minnesota greats like Bob Dylan, Prince, The Suburbs, The Replacements, Soul Asylum and many more, Raymnd has carved out his own original Minneapolis sound that gives him a unique style and vibe.
Early Influence
Growing up surrounded by the Minneapolis sound, Raymnd’s fascination with 50’s/60’s rock, Beatles/Beach Boys rock, experimental electronica, and introspective lyricism paved the way for his unique distinct musical style. His early years were spent honing his craft by mastering various instruments, Ed Sheeran loop pedal technology and experimenting with innovative production techniques – all in the cozy confines of his custom home built music studio.

Raymnd’s breakthrough came with the release of his 2024 debut album, “Raymnd,” which has captured the essence of Minneapolis’s indie pulse.
